Biography
Bailey Fokin is a Computer Engineer in the medtech sector, applying his knowlege towards reaching Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and pushing the limits of technology.
In 2024, Bailey was embedded at Cooper University Hospital with the Military Diplomatic Field Surgical Affairs (MILDAF) team. On this assignment, Bailey was tasked to bring Trauma Logistics to market with the many ideas from Dr. John Chovanes and his colleges.
Contributing to the Military-Civilian (MIL-CIV) partnership alongside leaders like Dr. John Chovanes, he is sparking innovation across South New Jersey. His work focuses on areas such as custom tray creation, instrument manufacturing, and drone delivery systems.
After injuring his leg and seeing the innovation involved with recovery, he became passionate about creating devices that pertain to the medical field.
Bailey enjoys manufacturing using 3d-printers, cnc machines his bare hands. He also participates in Swim Across America to raise money for cancer prevention and research
